Unable to Access Room I Created – Ongoing Issue

Hello,

I’m going to do my best to explain this clearly and respectfully, but I am very frustrated.

I’ve been on IMVU for nearly 18 years, and I’ve never encountered an issue like this before. I recently created a room, but when I try to load into it, I receive a message saying that I do not own it. This makes no sense—I just created this room myself.

Because of this issue, I am completely blocked. I cannot open the room, I cannot place it into a bundle, and I cannot sell it. As a creator, this directly impacts my ability to work and earn. I have already waited for products to clear, and now I am losing more time and potential income because I cannot access something I should fully own.

I want to be clear about a few things:

  • I am not looking for copy-and-paste responses.
  • I do not want to be redirected to forums where other users repeat the same scripted answers.
  • I need a real solution from someone who can actually address this issue.

Additionally, I’ve noticed increasing limitations that seem tied to paid tiers, such as VIP memberships. It feels like access and functionality are being restricted unless additional monthly fees are paid, which is concerning—especially for long-time creators who have supported the platform for years.

I am asking for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Everything in this room has already cleared, and there is no valid reason I should not be able to access it. If this continues, it is costing me time and money.

I would appreciate a direct response and a prompt resolution so I can continue working.
