got my account on hold cuz i can't remember the credit card last 4 digit what is this

i have a friend that has his account on hold for year and a half he was age verified w2 his home number his driving license everything and still on hold had the account for 17 years and then decided it not his and have on hold even got his social security number so D4nk you are not alone in this

There something missing is not being found unfortunately. You keep repeated but can maybe try ask for supervisor to see .

i did told them but they kept sending me the same questions making me feel like im talking to Ai not a Human. and my account already got verified and proved using my id before. now they placed it on hold beacuse i bought vip by mistake so i asked them to switch that vip to my other account.

Hello, @D4nk

You can tell them that card is not active anymore and don’t remember the card last 4 digit . If they can all you to give full name if that help to prove it .
