Does any one know why IMVU keeps randomly closing public rooms?

I put in a ticket but they are not even trying to help, just ignore my replies and ask the same questions over and over. And they seem desperate to get permission to log into my account, i keep asking why, but they wont answer

Maybe you could contact customer support and see if they know why it's happening to your rooms.

I have obviously not made the question clear. They are my rooms, and suddenly they are chnaged form public to closed. I have to go to settings abd make them public. And then 2 days later they are changed to closed again.
