IMVU JUST TOOK AWAY ALL OF MY SONGS AND MIXES..THEY ARE ALL GONE...I MAY NOT BE STAYING ON THIS WEBSITE MUCH LONGER AFTER THIS...ALL THOSE MEMORIES AND ALL THE MEMORIAL MIXES I MADE FOR DEAR FRIENDS WHO HAD PASSED AWAY AND ALL THE CHRISTMAS AND HOLIDAY MIXES, HALLOWEEN, ETC...ALL GONE FOR GOOD...12 YEARS WORTH OF SONGS AND THESE PEOPLE WANT TO ONLY REFUND MEMBERS SONG PURCHASES AFTER OCTOBER 2025...THATS 6 MONTHS .AND NOT EVEN REFUNDING CASH..THEY ARE ONLY REFUNDING MEMBERS IMVU CREDITS WHICH ARE WORTHLESS AND COST NOTHING TO THEM TO GIVE OUT....THEY HAVE SOME NERVE..WITH NO MUSIC TO PLAY THIS IS GOING TO BE LIKE BEING ON MOBILE OR DESKTOP,,,NOT MUCH FUN AND NOT WORTH IT..AT THIS POINT IM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THESE PEOPLE

Subject: Request for Accountability Regarding Removed Purchased Music Content
To IMVU Support and Management,
I am writing to express serious concern regarding the recent removal of music tracks that many users, including myself, have purchased over the years through your platform.
These purchases were made with the understanding that we would retain access to the content we paid for. The sudden removal of these items without clear communication, compensation, or a viable alternative raises significant issues around fairness, transparency, and consumer trust.
As paying customers, we expect accountability. At a minimum, we request:
A clear explanation for the removal of previously purchased music content
Transparency regarding any licensing or policy changes that led to this decision
Appropriate reimbursement or account credit reflecting the full value of the affected purchases
If these concerns are not addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner, many users may be forced to explore formal options to protect their consumer rights, including collective legal action.
We hope IMVU will take this matter seriously and work toward a fair resolution that respects its user community.

I want ALL my songs back and all my Mixes back that I paid for in full !!! If you are not planning on putting our music back than I want a full refund of everything I bought over the years or else I will be contacting a lawyer and filing a class A lawsuit along with hundred of other members who also had their music stolen from you..I had 185 pages of songs....25 songs on each page..which equals 4625 total songs...that comes out to over 3 million credits total spent on their music..each song roughly costs 70 cents...(649 credits) That means I spent $3235.00 total on my music....You people are now offering me a few thousand credits...Are you kidding me here??? what a joke..I paid You over $3,000 total for my music and songs over the past 12 years and you left me with nothing but an offer of some measley few thousand credits...Talk about spitting in my face...And you think you are just going to get away with this?When do you plan on paying me back my $3235 dollars?????

I get the same old copy and pasted robotic replies you do and all of us members do even when I talk to them live on the chat feature...We dont talk to people that actually act like real people or have any feelings or real thoughts....we talk to robotic puppets of the Website that are told to just feed us BS answers hoping we just finally stop and go away...Thats why they dont care and couldnt care less what we say or how we feel...because they dont have the same feelings we do about making this website great again....They are self destructive robots..copy and paste machines...They have been doing that ever since they took their phone support down..Feeding us copy and pasted crap from a script treating us like we are idiots..They knew this was coming and they knew the backlash this was going to cause for the past 2 years..conveniently when they took the phone lines down at that time....They will never actual give you a real thought from their own heads..well I refuse to give up and will NOT accept this complete rip-off of our money, songs and mixes....We are real people with real feelings and loved our music, our mixes and songs that we each as individual put alot of time and invested alot of thought and money into making our mixes over many years.....How dare they take away memorial mixes I had made for many of my friends that loved this website who passed away through the years and I wanted to honor them with song...Songs that were their favorites and I could still always remember each of them by playing their mix and sharing it with our friends who loved and missed them..Those were so special to us and they couldnt care less one bit...They spit on my dear friends graves doing this to me...They have no clue what they took from each of us by doing this to us and they had plenty of time to figure out an alternate route knowing VerveLife had planned their shutdown for years....and IMVU did absolutely NOTHING to be ready for it..In fact, what they actually did was continue to take our money for songs they knew eventually we were never going to be able to keep...yet they kept listing songs ,letting us buy them and kept taking our hard earned money and gave us NO warning....SNAKES !!!!! HEARTLESS !!!!!
