IMVU sent out a message yesterday April 30th 2026 saying to screen shot all mixes we have and where to go to get a refund .. however they ARE NOT giving any refunds and ALL mixes have been taken from all of us Refunds they said prior to October 1st 2025 would be refunded yet are NOT.
Right like I had over 3000 songs I have bought over the years from 2010 til now and the fact that they took the music away and are trying to refuse to refund the credits spent is absurd!!
