I am not sure AP+ is worth getting because of what is required to get the AP+ upgrade, the price / cost involved and also the risk of losing very expensive inventory.

AP+ is an exclusive account upgrade that has requirements that need to be met and a lot of expenses involved if one wishes to enjoy the benefits.
The requirements a customer needs to fulfill before they can even be considered eligible for AP+ are: regular AP, Age Verification, being on good standing with the online IMVU Community and membership on the IMVU Discord server. Furthermore a customer can't have had previous community strikes where they were found guilty of disobeying The User Guidelines and the Terms Of Service; meaning a customer has in the past received a warning message from IMVU Community Team.
If all these requirements are met then a customer can apply for membership but there is still no guarantee that the customer will be accepted by the AP+ Community. The reasons why some but not others are accepted is speculative because it's difficult to find definite answers.
AP+ is a subscription membership that needs to be paid every month. Failure to pay on time every month will result with lose of AP+ membership, AP+ benefits and lose of very expensive AP+ inventory.
AP+ Inventory is very expensive; the exact prices can only be seen by folk who can access the AP+ Shop Catalog. This doesn't stop folk with AP+ from talking with the rest of the IMVU Community about their experiences.
I have been told that most AP+ rooms cost over 100K credits.
I have been told that most AP+ furniture and room poses costs over 35K credits
I have been told that most AP+ outfit items cost around 25K credits
Folk whom are members of the AP+ Community have also told me that it's a very exclusive community where most folk can easily afford the expenses involved. They tell me that if one has to worry about the expenses associated with being part of the AP+ Community then they might not find it easy to fit in.
Folk with AP+ tell me that there a lot of things happening in the AP+ Community that they aren't allowed to discuss with those whom don't have AP+. Things like: AP+ Events, AP+ social interactions, and other things which happen in the AP+ Community.
I would like to buy ap plus but I cannot figure out how to buy it
