Age verification and session expired

Hello IMVU Support,

I purchased the Age Verification token, but I’m unable to complete the verification process because the Yoti page keeps showing a “session expired” or “session timed out” error before verification can be completed.

I have already tried reopening the page, retrying the process, restarting my browser, and checking my connection, but the issue still continues. So can you assist me with a new verification link so i can verify my age.  Thank you for your assistance
