Age verification and session expired

Hello IMVU Support,
I purchased the Age Verification token, but I’m unable to complete the verification process because the Yoti page keeps showing a “session expired” or “session timed out” error before verification can be completed.
I have already tried reopening the page, retrying the process, restarting my browser, and checking my connection, but the issue still continues.

Same here I have paid for the age verification token but I’m unable to complete the verification process cause my yoti page is not loading
