Hi, I created my IMVU account on June 1 at 21:30 and did not receive the Pride Kitty reward from the Pride event. The event banner says “All Users.”

I stayed logged out overnight and logged back in after reset, but the item still does not appear in my inventory, inbox, or pets.

Could you please check whether my account is eligible and help me receive the reward?
