I have noticed a recent issue/change with the Web Catalog that is impacting how items are displayed.
Previously, if an account had Age Verification or the Access Pass (AP), the catalog would load with "All Items" selected by default, allowing us to see both GA and AP products immediately.
However, right now, every time you open or refresh the Web Catalog, it automatically defaults to "General Audience" (GA). AP products do not appear at all unless you manually open the filters and change it to "AP" or "All Items" every single time.
This forces users to make extra clicks constantly and hides AP products upon initial load, which affects visibility.
I am attaching two screenshots to show the difference.
I just reproduced the problem. When you visit directly to the website https://www.imvu.com/shop/, select 'Furniture' and then 'All furniture'. For me, it defaults to 'General Audience Only', and the AP products don't appear unless you expand the menu and select 'All items' or 'Access Pass Only'. This happens in all categories, Men, Women, Furniture, Rooms, Avatars, Stickers.
