I have always had a free room slot, since I stared back on 7/8/2012 I was grandfathered a free room slot, like everyone before 2013. Some even had 2 if old enough. Back in February I purchased a room slot with a credit purchase. Then I had vip for a few months. When my VIP ended, I noticed I was missing a room slot. I went to put in a ticket got a response no one has a free room slot, then pitched for vip. I tried to explain how I should have a free room slot from when I joined and again got the same response. Did they take our free room from when we joined 2012 and before and I just did not hear about it?
