I am reporting a serious violation involving the unauthorized use of my personal photograph.
I also want to inform you that I previously submitted this report, but the ticket appears to have been removed or closed without any response. Therefore, I am submitting it again so that this ongoing violation can be properly investigated.
On July 9, at approximately 4:00 AM, in the Relax-Romania room owned by xEleex, my personal photograph was used without my permission as the profile picture of the following accounts:
- xAnnabella
- IHAMDS (which I believe is operated by the same person as the account GINA128582)
- ToxicNova2
I did not give permission to any of these accounts to use my image. This is an unauthorized use of my personal photograph and a violation of my rights.
I would also like to report that my name has been used in a highly offensive and defamatory manner. My name has been combined with a vulgar sexual expression to publicly insult and humiliate me. I have evidence of this and have included it with my report.
In addition, I have evidence showing that these accounts continue to enter multiple IMVU rooms while using my personal photograph as their profile picture and the offensive name involving my identity. This exposes my image and name to an increasing number of users, causing further damage to my privacy and reputation. I respectfully request that IMVU investigate this ongoing harassment and take appropriate action against the accounts responsible.
Immediately after this message, I am attaching screenshots as evidence. The screenshots clearly show my photograph, the usernames involved, the room (Relax-Romania), the room owner (xEleex), the offensive name being used, and the approximate time of the incident (4:00 AM on July 9). I have also attached additional screenshots showing these accounts entering multiple IMVU rooms while continuing this behavior.
I request that IMVU investigate this matter immediately, permanently remove my photograph from all three accounts, and take appropriate enforcement action against the accounts xAnnabella, IHAMDS, and ToxicNova2, including account suspension or banning if your investigation confirms this violation.
If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will file a formal report with the police and provide the authorities with all of the evidence, including the screenshots submitted with this report.

You're better off going to the police because vu never done anything useful for these kinds of things. (Speaking from experience).
