U buy a share room and share it with one person but I want to unshare it so when I press manage share room I unshared it with that person my share room just disappear no way to be seen
Unfortunately with shared rooms, you can only use them once and don’t get to keep it after you’ve stopped sharing it. You’ll have to purchase another shared room if you want one again

Correct, the shared room is now gone after you chose to stop sharing it.
Did you actually expect the room was still shared after you chose to stop sharing it?
