I literally submitted a ticket for help because someone hacked my account yes ,my email was linked to my account my real email and when I tried to change my password my email and my recovery email was changed and now my gmail is basically gone and deleted all because of someone hacked me on Imvu …I contacted Imvu after some days they replied but noting has been solved I don’t like this at all it’s very useless trying to get your account back when something like this happeneds. I wish they would invest an easy way for people to get their accounts back they have to think about there are SO MANY people whohas had their accounts for years with them just for something annoying like hacking to be still happening to this day .

Same here my accout was hacked 2 days ago I was sent a messager through this guest account "sir want account back pay me $100 Paypal - i raised a ticket and sent screen shots of hackers convo - i rec an automated reply from IMVU stating they would get back to me ASAP - not one message nothing - and to add insult to injury if i want to live chat with them about this i have to purchase VIP !!

TI'm posting from my second account my main account TheRedDiva was hacked the greedy hacker asked me for $70 I am so mad that I fell for this trap I knew better I've been on this game for over 7 years and it looks like my account's been deleted because the hacker was spamming several of my friends trying to get them to click on the link as well I don't know what to do I'm going to have to get in touch with somebody in support I've already filed a report and shown the screenshot of the hacker talking to me through my account it just pisses me off that we're going through this I'm TheRedDiva spent way too much money on this account and so much time and energy making the Avatar my own I just want my account back plus this is messing with my debit card and credit card this is not cool I hate that any of us are going through this you guys are in my prayers and my well wishes hopefully we all get our accounts back very soon within 2 weeks

Reminder every reply is 1-5 days . Do yall best to communicate imvu support. You can ask for supervisor to review again that you guys was hacked .

my account was just hacked yesterday, they two asked if i wanted my account back just pay them 128.00 through paypal. i tried to call imvu but they no longer do phone support have to put in tickets so i did with photos yet i still have to wait another 5 plus days for someone to decide if they want to help me get my account back this is BS.

I have just been hacked and they have changed me to guest so i can't get live chat up they also asked me for 100$ and said they would give me my account bac .this is a joke i have been with them for 16 years im a creator om there i have put a lot of money into my IMVU account so im very upset about it as if i could talk to someone i would get my account back faster i had to put a ticket in so it could be 5 day before i get it back god know what they will do on there .
