I'd like to bring attention to an issue that has affected many players in Arab countries for years.
Many of us cannot access IMVU without using a VPN. Without one, the app often fails to connect or doesn't work properly, but as soon as a VPN is enabled, everything works normally.
This has caused a lot of frustration and, in my opinion, has led to many players from the Arab region leaving IMVU. Not everyone is willing to install or pay for a VPN just to access a game. Many new users simply give up when they can't connect.
The Arab community has always been an active part of IMVU, and it's disappointing that this issue has remained unresolved for so long.
Could the IMVU team please explain:
Why is a VPN required in many Arab countries?
Is this caused by regional restrictions, ISP routing, or server-related issues?
Are there any plans to improve connectivity for players in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region?

Which country are you from?
Do you need a VPN to play IMVU?
How long have you been experiencing this issue?
I hope IMVU will investigate this problem. There are many players in the Arab world who would love to return if they could simply access the game without needing a VPN.
