I am reaching out to ask that you pay attention to the harassment that thousands of users experience every day. Although most of the time these harassing messages are “written,” it is highly likely that harassment also occurs in live chat rooms, which is quite concerning since the IMVU team is largely unaware of it. Therefore, to protect users’ romantic, emotional, and mental well-being, it is essential that when a report is filed, the person harassing the victim be temporarily or permanently banned.

First off, you should have flagged his conversation. There are Safety Flags everywhere. Secondly, block him. Done deal. Apparently, he's a little upset. Lol
