I've submitted three tickets in the past three days. I was on my computer when I went to take a shower, and my son was messing with my computer and accidentally deleted my account. He's severely autistic, so I know he didn't mean to do this. How do I get someone to look at my ticket?

IMVU doesn't work on Sunday or Monday. Most likely, they've not seen your ticket just yet. There should be someone there today and they will contact you. Waiting is the hardest part. Just be patient.
