My original account was maybe taken im unsure i crashed then tried to log back in and was told it was incorrect .i tried to reset the password twice and it never sent the link to my account .i need help plz ive had that account since 2013 and its so so hard to get any help

I'm really sorry, but it does sound like both of your accounts were hacked. If you voted for someone or clicked a link within game, most likely your account was hacked. Contact Customer Service, fill out a help ticket and send it in, explaining what is happening. It may take a few days but someone will get back to you.

I’ve been having the same problem for 4 days now , I thought it was just me . It says they’ve sent me the code but I never received nothing , first time this happens to me , and I’ve been playing for years
