I am having serious issues with shared rooms. I had two shared rooms—one linked to a friend's account and another linked to an account I own. Yesterday, I tried to switch one of these rooms to share with a different friend, and the sharing arrangements for both rooms disappeared. I bought another one, but that resulted in an error and never showed up in my account. I have the login details for both my accounts. I demand a replacement from IMVU; I am Brazilian and have been playing this game for many years. You already took away the wedding room I had purchased with my other account (danyfrenzel), and now you’ve made my shared rooms—including the one I bought yesterday—vanish. What about the items I paid a fortune for? That’s three shared rooms that simply disappeared—evaporated—from my 'lbeta' account. So, how are you going to resolve this?
