Hello, the forums are mainly for community discussions. You will need to submit a support ticket. And if you have VIP, you can use Live Chat.
You should include as much information as possible in your ticket. The username, the original email (if you remember it), DoB on the account, city/state/country where the account was created, and any billing information connected to it. It does take quite a while to get a response if you're going to submit a ticket.
