Feature Request: Automatically Pause Streaming Radio in Empty Rooms Instead of Closing the Room Entirely

Ever since the streaming radio feature was added to the Classic Client, it has been causing major issues for room owners. Currently, if a direct stream link (like an .mp3 URL) is left active in a public room and the room becomes empty, IMVU's background servers eventually flag the idle data usage and shut down the entire room, turning it to "Closed" or "Private."

Proposed Solution:
The streaming radio engine should be dynamic. When a room's occupancy drops to zero players, the server should automatically pause the background stream script. When a user joins the room, the stream should instantly wake back up and resume playing.
Please fix this background server logic so that idle streams stop breaking public room persistence.
