A formal update to implement the Russian language in the app would be great! I'm from Russia, and I barely understand English.

There isn't any easy way to write this without being blunt, but I will try. I am sure that you are aware of the reasons why many countries and corporations have implemented sanctions against Russian interests and stopped collaborations with Russians.
While I can sympathize with the need to communicate with those one wishes to mingle with I can also understand why people would rather mingle with those they can understand.
There already exist rooms where the language is set to Russian which means you can mingle with others who prefer to chat in Russian. If you want to mingle in rooms set for other languages then you will need to chat in those languages. Your forum post proves that your proficiency in English is adequate despite your claim that it isn't.
