I bought credits for a friend and the credits were never sent, there’s no record of my purchase, I need help. It's been 5 days since this, the order status has already disappeared (it doesn't say completed, it doesn't say under review)

All purchases leave a money trail or record.
If there isn't any record of money transfer then there wasn't a purchase.
That means you didn't purchase credits for your friend.
