To get pictures of messages in another person's private inbox shouldn't be possible.
How did you manage to get those pictures of what looks like private messages between 2 other people?
As to the content of those messages; the one you accuse of calling you a stalker is sending a private message to another person stating they want to report you.
The fact that you are somehow getting access to the private messages of other people can be considered stalking.
Also the method used to gain access to private messages in other people's private inbox is probably a violation as well.
Others in this forum will probably explain how you can report the person whom wants to report you.
IMVU Customer Service will probably get an interesting case because each side will probably report the other side.
It will be a case of conflicting reports.

The answer is probably because IMVU Customer Service is getting buried in cases about personal drama and relationship squabbles from people who don't know how to get along with others.
IMVU Customer Service has limited resources and many users are experiencing actual problems; some of which are technical or billing issues.
