why can't i buy a names changes

Hello, these are some things you should know first about name change tokens:

A name change is only allowed if the new avatar name is available.

Name Change Token can be purchased multiple times and stored for future use.

Tokens can only be purchased using “real” currency (ie: credit card, PayPal, etc.), not with Credits.

Each token is single-use and non-transferable.

Unused tokens remain in your account.

Tokens are non-transferable. For more information, check out this article.

Be careful if you are making a name change. The newly changed name is permanent and cannot be undone (except by another name change).

Be mindful of unpaid credit offers before changing your name to ensure partners can pay you out properly.
