I'm having an issue with one of the items in my IMVU shop. Whenever I try to change the profit amount, I get an error message that says "Invalid Price" in red.
This has never happened to me before. I used to be able to change my product prices without any issues.
This particular head currently has 5 sales, but I recently noticed that my profit was set to 0 credits, which I wanted to change. However, every time I try to update it, I get this error message, even when I enter a very low amount.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does anyone know what might be causing it or how to fix it?
I would really appreciate any help from someone who has experienced the same problem. Thank you in advance!

Hi! This is a known issue that happens occasionally when editing product pricing on the website.
Here are a few things you can try to fix it:
Update via IMVU Studio: If you uploaded or edited this product using IMVU Studio, try opening the project file in Studio, adjusting your profit in the draft/product settings there, and submitting the update directly through the app instead of the website.
Base Product Price Change: Sometimes the creator of the base mesh you derived from has changed their base price/derivation fee after your product was published, which confuses the website's price calculator and triggers the "Invalid Price" error.
Clear Cache / Incognito: Try opening the product's edit page in an Incognito/Private browser window. Sometimes browser cache causes the pricing fields to bug out.
Submit a Support Ticket: If none of the above works, it's likely a system backend glitch on that specific product ID. You will need to contact IMVU Customer Support via a ticket so they can manually reset the pricing field for you.
