This fucking help support is useless. I only wanted to transfer my change name tokens from my main account to this, now they've put my account on hold for more than a week now and still haven't done anything since I "failed" to show more proof that I own this account. I already explained that I don't have the original email for this account anymore since it's been more than a decade yet they still want to keep on telling me to provide it. What's with this bullshit "safeguard" to accounts. Fucking annoying! Like literally used my own ID verification to get Access Pass and Age Verification, yet these staffs don't seem to understand.

Well, sadly, they have no idea who you really are. Your email is required to verify you're the owner of the account. Yes, it is a safeguard. You could be a Hacker for all they know. Have you tried updating your email account? Changing your email? Do you remember what your email was for that account? It doesn't matter if you don't use it...just let them know what it was and that you no longer use it? And yes. They are a pain in the ass. It's always been like that. Hopefully you'll figure something out.
