Hi Moderators, I am posting here because my main account [SARAHTRANS00] was permanently disabled recently for alleged "bot activity." I state with absolute honesty that I am a real human user. I have never used any automated tools, third-party software, or scripts. I suspect a system glitch or connection lag flagged my account incorrectly. The problem is that whenever I try to submit a help ticket, the system automatically closes it within minutes using a generic copy-paste template. No human agent is actually reading my appeal. Can any active moderator (like LestatDeLioncourt) please review my case manually or forward it to a senior specialist? I have all the proof of my original ownership ready. Thank you so much.
