20 + Days later after submitting a ticket Support they ask me if I still use the same email address on an account that is on hold and I answer Yes I do, six days later I get the same question????????? Do support even read the tickets????? No wo imvu is going downhill fast.

Every ticket get push down when you reply, that’s why it takes 1-5 days response, we have to be patient with imvu support.

Well its a joke, they are useless and why should it take over a month to resolve a ticket?? Like everything else on here its broken! SCRAP THE AUTO RESPONCES AND GET REAL PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE TICKETS!!!!!!! OWN THE TICKETS, RESOLVE THE TICKETS! Every reply I have had is from a different AI or agent, to me thats just passing the buck. SORT IT OUT

Keep doing your best to answer their questions. It’s normal for them to ask the same questions again because they want to make sure you’re 100% the owner of the account. Reminder every reply is 1-5 days .
