Eu comprei uma Room privada por fora do jogo. E o IMVU removeu, gastei dinheiro. Eu não colocava público, não afetava em nada. Por favor me devolvem.

Unfortunately, if the room was purchased outside of IMVU and not from them directly, you will not be refunded. They do not refund purchases that were not their products. Actually, they very rarely refund for anything. The room was probably removed because it was a black market room. Anything that is not made in IMVU and has not passed peer review gets removed. Period.
It's against TOS to purchase Black Market products. You're lucky you haven't had your account banned. DO NOT purchase anything outside of IMVU.
