NEVER post your information ANYWHERE on IMVU. You have basically given all of your personal information to anyone on this discussion board. That is a big NO NO.
Secondly, did you purchase the credits DIRECTLY from IMVU? From the official IMVU site?
Thirdly, if purchased from IMVU and you have not received them then you need to contact IMVU Customer Support. You can either file a Help Ticket or contact them via Lve Chat, if you're a VIP member.
I would like a refund or my credits on my account
