Hello why i cant recieve my credits?
I tried to by again but i still didnt recieve the credits please assist whats the problem cause help center is not avaliable. @LunaSky17

You will have to wait until IMVU Support can be contacted. You can file a help Ticket or Chat Now. I'm sure they are open now.
