You will have to be more specific. Did you disable the account? Was it disabled by IMVU? Was it hacked? And NO! Do not upload any personal information here. This is a discussion forum. It IS NOT Customer Support.
If you are asking for a little help then you need to be specific.
Include all of your information in the ticket. They will ask for confirmation if the account is actually yours. It will take up to 5 days for IMVU to respond, so be patient. Be sure to include your User name, Your name and address, email you used to create account and date of birth. When they do respond just follow their directions. Hope you get your account back.
Remeber...DO NOT click on any links in any rooms or in your messages. No matter who they are from.

Okay, you will need to Submit a Help Ticket. Here : https://support.imvu.com/support/tickets/new
