Hi everyone, I am an adult trying to get my account age corrected from a teen profile. I have already filed an official support ticket and attached everything requested , including my official government ID and verification selfie.
Because the ticket queue is moving slowly, can an Admin or Moderator please PM me so I can give you my ticket number to escalate this? Thank you so much!

It would be nice if we could snap our fingers and do such, but it doesn't work that way. If you have filed a ticket then you will have to wait until IMVU responds. It will take up to 5 or more days. It depends on the Queue and how clogged it is with all of the other nonsense that gets sent in. Be patient.
