My Account was Disabled. Will I lose my Shared Room/Our Room?

To use the Shared Room and Our Room features from the Marriage Package, both users must own the package. The Shared Room/Our Room will be deactivated for both users under any of the following circumstances:

• Termination of Shared Room: If either user decides to terminate the Shared Room (Note: This only affects the Shared Room. If you have an Our Room, it will remain active).
• Divorce: If the users divorce (Note: This only affects the Our Room. If you have a Shared Room, it will remain active).
• Unfriend or Block: If either user unfriends or blocks the other (Both Shared Room and Our Room will be deactivated).
• Account Deactivation: If either user’s account is disabled, whether voluntarily or due to an offense (Both Shared Room and Our Room will be deactivated).

Please note that Shared Rooms and Marriage Packages are the shared responsibility of both avatar owners. If you experience issues with the unwanted disappearance of your Shared Room or Our Room, please file a case with the pertinent details so we can assist you.
