What is VIP Emerald? 

Emerald VIP is designed for those who want to take their IMVU experience to the next level. This tier offers all the benefits of Diamond VIP, along with additional monthly Credits to enhance your virtual adventures. As an Emerald VIP member, you will receive an impressive 30,000 Credits every month. Additionally, you'll earn an extra 500 loyalty Credits each month, maxing out at 36,000 Credits per month after one year.

How do I purchase Tiered VIP on desktop?

How do I purchase Tiered VIP on mobile? 

You can purchase VIP Tier of your choice in the mobile app store under upgrades.

Can I purchase Tiered VIP using gift cards?

Yes, you can. At this moment, IMVU Gift Card redemption is available on IMVU Desktop and website. See the steps below.

STEP 1: Click here to go to the IMVU Gift Cards page.
STEP 2: Look for the redemption code located at the back of the gift card. Lightly scratch the gray coating to reveal the code.
STEP 3: Enter the code in the field provided then click the Redeem button.
STEP 4: Choose VIP and click on Redeem.

Can I give a Tiered VIP to a friend? 

No, the Tiered VIP cannot be gifted to a friend but you may still give them gifts by Gifting Credits, Sending items from their wishlist or Sending them VCOIN. 

What is happening to the Legacy VIP program? 

We are no longer offering Legacy VIP for purchase within IMVU. This means if you choose to leave Legacy VIP when you’re ready to be VIP again, you’ll only have the option of purchasing Tiered VIP (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Emerald).

What is happening to the Legacy Host Subscription Program? 

When a user has an existing VIP Legacy and Host Legacy at the time of the purchase of VIP Tiers the Host will be eliminated as designed since VIP Tiers already has a Host Subscription. 

What is the difference between Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Emerald VIP?  

All Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Emerald VIP will have the perks of receiving Loyalty credits, Live Room Tokens (Gold - 1 token, Platinum - 2 tokens and Diamond - 3 tokens) and Chat Room Slot (Gold - 1 Slot, Platinum - 10 Slots, Diamond - 15 Slots, and Emerald - 15 Slots). Tiered VIP Subscriber also have access to our exclusive features such as Live Room Voice Streaming and Live Room YouTube Streaming (supported on Android and IMVU Desktop).
