You can enter another Gift Card to extend your membership at any time during your membership.

To do this, you'll need to cancel your existing subscription and wait for it to end. When this happens, redeem your Gift Card and your VIP subscription will be enabled again.

What if I want to switch from a VIP gift card to a VIP by credit card or PayPal?

You'll need to let your VIP Gift Card subscription expire and then purchase it again using a credit card or PayPal.

Is this any different from the regular VIP program?

How can I redeem VIP using a gift card on IMVU Desktop?

STEP 1: Click here to go to the IMVU Gift Cards page.

STEP 2: Look for the redemption code located at the back of the gift card. Lightly scratch the gray coating to reveal the code.

STEP 3: Enter the code in the field provided then click the Redeem button.

STEP 4: Choose VIP and click on Redeem.

Note: The VIP tier that will show on the “Choose Your Package” page depends on the value of your gift card.
