How to Renew Your VIP Club Membership

There are several ways on how to renew your VIP Club membership. Choose one of your preferred options below:

Via Your Credit Card or PayPal Account
Via Your Purchased IMVU Gift Card
Via IMVU Mobile

Renewing Your VIP Club Membership Using Your Credit Card or PayPal Account

When using your credit card or PayPal account, you do not need to do anything to renew your VIP Club membership. The VIP membership automatically renews monthly, billing the membership fee to your credit card or your PayPal account.

Note that once you cancel your membership, the recurring payment will also stop. If this happens, simply repurchase your VIP subscription.

Renewing Your VIP Club Membership Using an IMVU Gift Card

STEP 1: Click here to go to the IMVU Gift Cards page.

STEP 2: Look for the redemption code located at the back of the gift card. Lightly scratch the gray coating to reveal the code.

STEP 3: Enter the code in the field provided then click the Redeem button.

STEP 4: Choose VIP and click on Redeem.

Renewing Your VIP Club Membership Via IMVU Mobile

Tiered VIP purchased via IMVU Mobile automatically charges your Google Play or Apple ID for its renewal. If your subscription expires and you still want to continue as a VIP, you may follow the steps below in renewing your VIP Subscription:

STEP 1: Launch IMVU Mobile and login on your account.

Don’t have IMVU Mobile yet? Download here for Android or iOS.

STEP 2: Go to IMVU Store, under Upgrades you will see the option to purchase Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Emerald Tiered VIP.

Note: Emerald VIP is currently available on Android, and soon on iOS!

STEP 3: Select the VIP Tier you prefer and tap Buy.

Alternatively, you may purchase VIP on IMVU Mobile App Setting.

STEP 4: The payment option will pop-up. If you are using Android, you may use Google Play as payment method and Apple ID if you are trying to purchase using your iOS.

STEP 5: Check payment details, then tap Subscribe.
