If your Tiered VIP subscription expires, your public rooms may remain visible for a short time. However, please note that IMVU will eventually expire these rooms if you do not renew your subscription or take the necessary action to keep them active.

How can I keep my expired room public?

In order to keep your expired rooms public, you’ll need to renew your Tiered VIP Subscription or purchase a Chat Room Slot. You can go here to renew VIP or purchase a Chat Room Slot.

How will I know if one of my rooms is going to expired?

If you have not paid for:

• VIP Membership,
• A Chat Room Slot; or
• Received a Public or Live Room as a gift

Then you will likely be impacted and lose your Public or Live Room unless you take action. 
 

What do I need to do to get back my expired Public or Live Room?

You will need to renew your Tiered VIP Subscription, or purchase a Chat Room Slot for your Public Room and Live Room.
