As a representative of IMVU, we ask that all our volunteers act with the utmost respect for our staff/official accounts, each other, and all community members – both on and off the platform. You play a vital role in representing our brand and fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive community. To ensure a harmonious and effective partnership, we have established the following guidelines for community and volunteer activities.

Volunteers are expected to:

1. Promote Positivity and Respect:

• Always maintain a positive and respectful attitude when engaging with all community members.

• Avoid engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.

• Encourage open discussions and constructive feedback to promote a healthy community.
   

2. Be an Ambassador of Inclusivity:

• Embrace and celebrate diversity among IMVU users and respect their backgrounds and identities.

• Avoid using language or sharing content that could be considered exclusionary or offensive.
   

3. Protect User Privacy:

• Never share or disclose any personal information of IMVU users, including real names, addresses, or contact details.

• Respect the privacy settings of users and refrain from accessing private information without explicit consent.
   

4. Maintain Professionalism:

• Conduct yourself in a professional manner, both within IMVU and on other social media platforms where you represent IMVU.

• Refrain from engaging in public disputes, arguments, or drama within the community.
   

5. Comply with IMVU's Policies:

• Familiarize yourself with IMVU's terms of service, community guidelines, and brand ambassador program policies.

• Report any potential violations to IMVU’s staff members promptly.
   

6. Provide Accurate Information:

• Ensure that the information you share with the community is accurate and up-to-date.

• If you are unsure about a topic or question, refer the user to official IMVU channels or support for further assistance.
   

7. Respect Copyright and Intellectual Property:

• Do not use copyrighted materials, including images, music, or videos, without proper authorization.

• Always credit the original Creators when sharing their content within the community.
   

8. Avoid Misrepresentation:

• Refrain from making false claims about IMVU's features, promotions, or services.
   

9. Encourage Community Growth:

• Support and promote positive initiatives that encourage community engagement and growth.

• Welcome new users and provide assistance to those seeking help.
   

10. Report Issues and Concerns:

• If you encounter any content or behavior that violates the guidelines or raises concerns, report it to IMVU's staff members.

• Be proactive in addressing potential issues to help maintain a safe and enjoyable community environment.

Remember, as an IMVU representative, you are a role model for the community. Your actions and words have a significant impact, so lead by example and contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all users.
