My last submissions (Classic create mode) have passed peer review and can be sold and gifted, but .....
@Saturi @Drosselmeyer This bug has not yet been fixed. I can not use them in a room. It says "This item can not be worn with your avatar" which is weird for a furniture anyway. Does something in the client change furniture to clothing?
I have to send them back into peer again. But I'll wait this time so that you cab check what is wrong with them before I resubmit them.
PID's are 67436321, 67436497, 67436698 and 67437093.
But hold on. Not only can they not be used. Also they were not calculated for my tier points. I had ten submissions and only six were counted. So it seems that for your system these valid products do not exist.
Please fix this bug because this is going to be annoying. I'm waiting for your reply before I resubmit them so that you can check the items while they are still unable to use.

@Drosselmeyer That is where I have sent them. Maybe they have been working on it since yesterday we had a bunch of glithes/crashes. And there was a message on the download page that they were working on bugs, which might explain the Classic client crashes and people in Desktop being repeatedly logged out. After a clear cache and system reboot I have not had new problems, but I have not tried music again yet. I had also let the client sent the files directly after my reboot.

@Drosselmeyer This moring I had cleared my cache before trying to go with music again on my new pc (Downgraded to Windows 10, so Windows11 is not the problem) after a day and night without problems.. It resulted in a complete system lock again. I had deleted the old log files on this pc, so the files which I sent in my second e-mail to the team are clean and only from this last session. The files in my earlier e-mail were from the old pc and some are dating back in may. I have also added my system info in case you might need it. This last e-mail is only about the crashes with music, not about the product submission problems.

But I have been downgrading to Windows 10, and also downgraded IMVU to an old version, and upgraded to the last update again to se what works and what not, so the only files that are available now are those of the last three days. The old files from the errors where this thread is about, are no longer available. But I'll save the trick for future use. Rests the question why Windows 11 did show the AppData from my IrfanView installation and not from IKMU. Here are the files from the last three days. Is there anything that uou can use?

For the log files try 'Windows key + R' (Run) and type '%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\IMVU' and press enter. This "should" open up the folder containing the log files. I just re-read this thread and noticed that you are on Windows 11 Pro. Not sure if this is a factor also.

@Drosselmeyer I just crashed again without reason. I was eating, I did nothing in IMVU. One thing in common with previous times: It happened at the moment that I received an IMVU inbox message. "You got credits" (2000 - quick message campaign 23988). I have noted that many times before, actually that happens since a few years. Not a memory warning now, just instant crash and the "[Retry] [Exit IMVU]" widget. "Retry" never works.

@Drosselmeyer I'm sorry sir, I can not find any IMVU data on my system. Not in User, not in Program files, not in Programfiles (x86), the only IMVY that I find are IMVU projects, which are my products. I could find Irfanview which I installed myself so I would think that IMVU would be in the same folder, but nothing at all.

@Drosselmeyer I forgot to mention that I did my last submission from a pre-saved empty furniture in Classic create mode to see if starting from a saved item could be the reason for the submission error, that was not the case. The product, a new mesh, passed and had no error.

@JanXuan, Yep. I missed your suggestion. I will pass this along. In regards to the Client crash you can go to Settings > Advanced and click on 'Send log files to IMVU', but I am not sure who receives these :P OR you can got to %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\IMVU and email: IMVULog.log, cpp.log, and IMVUQualityAgent.log to studio@imvu.com and we could have a look.

@Drosselmeyer And that crash happened again this morning while I was checking something in Facebook and nothng actually happened in IMVU. While I was in facebook the message popped up. And since "Retry" has never worked and also did not work now, I crashed out again without actually doing something.

Meanwhile imvu has managed to crash the classic client with a "Your pc is running low on memory" error. Excuse me? Low on memory on a brand new system with 32Gb RAM? How much more do I need?

@Drosselmeyer Update: I have bought a new pc with Windows 11 and 16Gb RAM, and I made a new painting in the Classic client with the same xml that gave so many problems before. It is in peer review, and I did not have the same problem again. My best guess is that the problem happens on older pc's with Windows 10, possibly only refurbished pc's, so either a Windoes 10 conflict or a hardware conflict. On my new pc the classic client work like if the pc was made for it, all smooth and fast.

@Drosselmeyer I have been thinking. Is it possible to change the default furniture mesh in Classic create from PID12908 to PID56815672? I think that then these problems no longer happen.
PID56815672 is also the default in Studio.

I made a new product with the same xml as the last one. However I did not derive from Chair relaxed PID12908, but from Empty furniture PID56815672. It went in peer review and it loads in my room. So the problem happens only when deriving from PID12908. The earlier ones which I made in Studio I had also chosen empty furniture, and those had no problem. I think that you got something there to look after.

And yes the long clear cache does not seem right. The time before that I did it was six hours, and when I did it again a few hours later, it was six hours again. Does the team have any idea what can cause this? I am not the only one who has this happen. I remember on an old pc years ago it also was like that, I wanted to delete IMVU for a new installation, and it never stopped clearing my cache, I went to help manually with Windows Explorer, and I found out that there was data dating from five years back. It is amazing what IMVU stores on devices. Last year I bought a new phone, Galaxy A03, and I installed IMVU on it to try out. When I wanted to message my wife Xuan, who lives in Singapore, I was not able to text her, because it started downloading all her old messages. I saw the messages scrolling, back to januari, december, november, october, september, and so on, it never ended, I was unable to text a message. On a new device! Can you explain this? No need to tell that I deleted imvu from my phone.
