Hello, I've waited not 4 years. Then another year, With sending all of the information that I was ask for. Yet all I get in links to go to for help? I really don't know why. Many ticket never answered only the run around. I have lost a lot of money time wasting on tickets that they never do anything. If I write here the mods only remove it. It seems imvu doesn't want any newbies to come in here and see that this is a mess. Yes. that is how I feel. I have been quiet about this long enough. Its time not only I but others get answers not copy and pasted answers. I only tried to send my alt credits and since I don't work a lot of this account anymore due to imvu not fixing this credit money thing I stop. I was told I could only send 10k to my alt. Really they wanted all my personal information in which I gave it all to them even my id, W9 my phone name all that was ask. I was told.. one!! We have to know its you. Now I have been here going on 17 years and you don't know me by now.. As many id and W9 I have sent and still no answer? What's wrong with this picture here. Yes I am mad as I think I should be. Stop running us around imvu. Do what you say your going to do. You get all these newbies to creators and you don't even take care of use that has been your back bone for years. How many of my friends I've seen leave here due to this. HELP

Hello Les, I have done what you told me. I really tried to talk to imvu team about it. One they removed all my tickets. None to be seen. They wanted screen shots which I did this. I send all new information to them again. 5 times since I posted here. Now.... since I have another account they are trying to tell me since I have sent 10k of credits to my other account. i am trying to some kind of fraud. That is so not true. I did one thing and one thing only. it to try to get cash payouts for this is how I make my money.. and now I am being told that I am going to have my account disabled. Tell me how you would feel. I am so shocked at this company.... They use to be fun to come too. Only trying to work on them to get payouts and they just send me all over the place and since I cant post if here . A lair . I have over 70,000 items in this account and they think I would put that up for having my account closed on me. I have work here for years. spend thousands of dollars here. Now, all of this..... over a payout form

You don't think after 4 years of asking them to put my account on cash and not credits is long enough? I have made so many ticket , talk to them. All that they have ask each time I gave them all that they wanted. But I am not going to beg for my own money in which they are making me work for credits and not money. I think I have the right to be update. So I am not mean I am mad and upset at this point. I am loosing money and get are getting paid for everything I make. Don't you think I hav e been kind to them? I think so........

Hi @Nathaiell The best thing you can do is communicate with the Earn Money Team through the Help Ticket System. Click Herer: https://help.imvu.com/s/contactus
I highly recommend being concise and polite. Ask them what else they need to enter you into the Cash Earning system.
