[Archived - XXBELLZXX] i am using windows classic,i have the latest imvu version 547,0 . when i am in create and go to upload my product to my shop,i am getting a Network Error message,why am i getting that,and how to fix it please?

Hi @XXBELLZXX​ Run the SpeedTest.Net on your computer to see if it is normal for your location. If so, it is possible the Servers were overloaded.

 

Overloaded Servers have happened at different times of the day when users online are at a peak. I would try again in a couple of hours. If you get this error regularly, note what time it is and try creating it a little later.

 

I hope something, someone has posted here, helps your issue...

@XXBELLZXX​ I use the Classic client and I recently did not have problems to submit my products. Do you have Windows 10 or 11? Is it a recurring problem? I was kicked out last night with a "Low on memory" error which is weird for a brand new pc with 32Gb RAM and Windows 11Pro while I was just in chat. Maybe IMVU has been working on something. I had two new IMVU messages when I logged back in. Did you try to submit it again? Eventually submit it again with Studio. That solved an earlier issue with Windows 10. Ot may be worth a try when the issue persists.
