We are aware of the issues with the tier info panel and are actively working on a fix. In the meantime, adjusting your browser zoom to 100% (ctrl +/- in Chrome) should temporarily correct the issue. This problem typically arises when your browser scale is set larger or smaller than usual.

@Jazzmine70761 No, I never got tier points for products sold., I get points for the income (credits and/or $), and last month for the first time ever I got points for income (promo credits). Normally I do not have points for promo credits as I has only a few sales with promo credits. Most sales are with real credits. Last month someone decided to troll my shop with creating one account after another buying 20-22 products with promo with each account, which earned me a load of dev tokens, but apart from that I did not get any benefit from that till I saw that it had earned five tier points for the first time in my IMVU life.

@JanXuan Are you getting tier points for products sold? No matter how many sales I get, I never get any tier points for them. No help from support on that but maybe you can confirm if what I see is normal and if there is some higher threshold I need to reach before I get some tier points for my sales.

I am using Firefox, I do not see any problem with my tiers info, no matter what scale,

Okay I figured out a fix! I made my screen setting at 200%, then I can see the tiers panel at 100%.

For me the browser has to be at 50% to see full screen. (no matter what I do)

I re-adjusted all my screen settings and then re-opened window; tested again. I have to minus to 50% to see the whole image and its so tiny.

My chrome setting has been 100% the whole time.
