@KatyVKo Are you deriving from and existing action or pose which is on the floor from another creator, and want to put it in top of a mesh on your own?
I don't think that that is going to work. If that is what you want you'll have to design your mesh to load under the action, and submit it without changing the config (xsf).
In that case tyhe customer will have to raise the product in the room when decorating.
Alternatively I would suggest to find a product that has the desired action on top of a furniture and replace the mesh with yours, again without changing the xsf.
If this is not what you want and have problems with an own mesh, please specify what you are doing. In that case I think you should have asked your question in the "Meshing" group.
