Uploading products in classic results in being unable to wear the product and unable to edit the product. It is stuck in a forever "We're sorry this product isn't ready" message. So I can't even fix it. In Studio it looks a little un natural as well. Been happening a lot lately out of nowhere.

I'll try taking a look. I'm not sure what's going on. And it's the same as before, I can open the product in Studio but not Classic. That's how it was with the original products too.

Hmm.. Not sure. I get the same "We're sorry this product isn't ready" message in Classic Client, but I can open it in Studio. When I do I notice a couple of unusual things: There are two materials which are not associated with any mesh, Bow01%20%5B70%5D (ID 70), and Bow02%20%5B71%5D (ID 71). Also there are several XRFs in the project file not associated with anything: MiddleLayer*, ShirtLayer*, SkinTight*. I would try opening your project folder in Classic Client and delete all of these files and then try submitting a new PID and see if that one will open after submitting/publishing.
I have no clue what I'm doing wrong. I feel I haven't changed anything about how I work. And this is way different than the previous products I was having the issue with. I haven't seen anyone else having the issue so it feels like it's a me thing. No clue.

Thanks for checking! I would be curious to know if there is a problem with this workflow and what it might be.

Yeah that's true, I'll give it a try. It's just straight from Marvelous, a little bit lazy when doing test uploads. Might have bitten me.

Hey @Nums, I noticed that there are a few unusually named texture files with no file extensions:
COLOR-000000-15 [03] Slot #16-DiffuseColor
COLOR-000000-15 [03] Slot #17-DiffuseColor
COLOR-969696-Skin [03]-DiffuseColor
Can you try renaming these (removing the '#') and adding extensions and submitting a new test PID and see if the issue persists?

This one I was having issues with last night. Was able to open it in studio and resubmitted there. It looks like a train wreck happened, but it did unjar it for it to load into Classic. https://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=67407076
I bet if I did the Studio submit it might fix it, or perhaps what JanXuan suggested. I have gotten this error many times in the past, but the product would at least load when worn. That and this error simply refused to go away unlike the past where it would eventually over the course of a few days fix itself.

@Nums This is a known problem, several people have this same problem. I thought that @Saturi or @Drosselmeyer had already taken it to the team a while ago but it is still a recurring problem. It was also addressed by others in this forum.
The temporary fix that you can do yourself is edit the product description a little (add or remove a dot) and resubmit it. When it comes out of peer the problem will probably be fixed.
