There are some bugs (or silly business rules) that prevent gifting - I purchased a bunch of credits and confirmed they were in my account, then tried to gift someone a few of them but the system said "Oops cannot send credits within one day of purchasing them." Why does this restriction exist? It makes no sense. I then tried to send a gift to someone and it said I could not because their email needed to be verified first. Why would this be an issue when the gift is going right to their account and has nothing to do with their email?

Jan, I can’t seem to move it to another topic but maybe IMVU staff can when they are on.

@Jazzmine70761 Apart from this, I think that this post belongs in the regular forum, as it is a billing issue, not a creator issue.

@Jazzmine70761 This one day after purchase rule has always been effective. I also don't see the benefits from such a rule. You are allowed to buy credits but must wait to use them. It makes no sense.
The email issue when gifting happens when the person who you send it too, has not yet verified her/his e-mail address.
