Firstly... I'm Brazilian and I'll use the translator, I hope you can understand.

Since I started creating again and downloaded imvu studio I can't derive anything. My PC is great, i7, good video card, lots of memory, etc. It gives me a Webgbl error and closes. I tried to contact the creator's own support about 5 or more times, and they didn't resolve it as usual, you don't know.

I already have Webgbl and everything is active, I've already cleaned it and restarted and reinstalled it millions of times and nothing. Also, I looked everywhere for an answer and couldn't find it. I'll leave the error capture here and if you can help me, I'd really appreciate it!

For those who do not have Chrome on Windows 7, you may still download and install Chome. BUT - the process is not easy but it is still possible.

Check this YouTube Video for links and How-To Support. There are other tutorials on how to install Chrome in Google Search. The WebGL is available for Windows 7 and above through Microsft Updates.

Windows 7 does support WebGL alone. Microsoft Internet Explorer only supports WebGL from version 11 onwards. This version is available for Windows 7 and later versions of Microsoft's operating system.

If all else fails, use https://get.webgl.org/ to find out what you can do to load and use the WebGL.

I hope this helps...

Sim. Eu vejo. Você poderia enviar outro 'Relatar um problema' apenas para confirmar. Vou trazer isso à atenção da equipe amanhã. Obrigado. (Eu estou usando o Google Tradutor).

Hi @Rhurik, I had a look at the 'Report a Problem' you sent in and it appears that your system is not currently set up with WebGL2 enabled. Here are a couple of links to verify your WebGL2 set up:

The second is a local test of your chrome browser capabilities:

webgl2 confirmationStudio is built on Chrome so you should install the most recent version Chrome. WebGL should be enabled in recent versions of Chrome.

If you are using the most recent version of Chrome and can’t access WebGL content, make sure that hardware acceleration is enabled in your Chrome settings.

  1. Open a Chrome browser window and paste this into the address bar: chrome://settings/system
  2. Turn on "Use graphics acceleration when available"

Hi @Rhurik Make sure your computer has taken all Updates. Make sure your hardware Drivers are all up to date, also.

If you still get the error, go to Studio > Help > Report a Problem. Fill out the page as best you can and Send the report.

This goes to the Engineers so they can better advise you.
