1, The customer messaged me that when she wanted to add this table in a room in the classic client, it would tell her "This product can not be worn with your avatar". So I tried it out in my own room (classic) and the same thing happened.
2, When I went to edit is Classic create mode, I could not edit it. Then I tried to edit it in Studio, and I also could not edit it (error reported). I closed Studio and reopened it, no error message this time, but the table did not show up, Neither did the seat positions, but the texture slots did show.
3, I took it to the IMVU Next chatroom mode, and went to the IMVU birthday room in my inventory. I was able to load the table there, but my customer had tried it in the Desktop client and it did not work for her. Also when I go to the product page in the classic web shop and click Try, it takes me to the Desktop client and the product loads there in the shop mode.
4, Back to classic create. Still not able to edit it, closed and reopened create mode, it did not work.
So I started from scratch again. Create e new product. Same mesh and same seat nodes. And guess what? I can make the same product again and submit it new. Anyone @Saturi @Drosselmeyer who can solve this mystery?

@LestatDeLioncourt Maybe you are right but personally I would not know how to do it when I had that info, though I have once accidentally uncovered some IMVU website code which might be useful for people with the proper knowledge. My knowledge does not reach far enough to use it.

I wouldn't worry too much about why it worked. I would just take it and go. If staff gives too much information it could compromise the product security/integrity for those seeking how-to steal product mesh, etc. :D

@Drosselmeyer Yes, I did that report on one occasion when the table gave that error message. But I hope that I don't need Studio again for my next products. I prefer the Classic create mode.

There is local cache which is what gets cleared when you clear the cache via Classic Client and there is what is cached on the server. It the server thinks nothing has changed then it might be returning stale assets (the ones that are in a broken state). If/when you get this again with Studio, send a 'Report a Problem'. That sends us some good info on where the issue is happening.

@Drosselmeyer I don't think that it is a cache issue because the original products were made in the classic client and the resubmission was done from Studio. But also in Studio the table loaded wrong again after the first resubmission, I had to edit the food on the table again and do a second resubmission. The Classic create mode and Studio don't ude the same cache, right? @Saturi had taken the issue to the team. I don't know if they have found out what could be wrong. Aside from this, my Classic client is clearing cache as we speak.

@JanXuan, Sorry for the long delay in responding to this thread. I really don't know why this happens. I am very glad that @LestatDeLioncourt has a solution. Though I am not sure why this works other than it seems like it could be a cache issue and that resubmitting forces an update of the cache for the PID.

@Saturi Meanwhile there are still two products in peer review, but the changes have been made effective and there is now food on the table, all products can be sold and used in rooms as they should. Thanks to @LestatDeLioncourt for the workaround. I'm still curious though why these weird things have happened.

@Saturi The first of the resubmitted products https://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=67178236 just passed peer review. I was able to load it in the classic shop with Try from the classic web shop. Also I was able to load it in a room, so for this one it seems that the trick that @LestatDeLioncourt told has worked. The others are still in peer review but I guess that they will soon be available too.

Latest update @Saturi @Drosselmeyer I downloaded the latest version of Studio and I managed to resubmit all the failing products. They are all in peer now, I kept them Display only just in case it is still not working. Fingers crossed. Still it is crazy that they could go through peer review and then appear not working and not showing in the Classic shop.

Two are still in peer review, but I can not try them from my web page to the classic client, like I can with the older products. On december 31 (or maybe a bit earlier) everything went wrong. There was not a problem with similar products before which use the same mesh.

@Saturi @Drosselmeyer This issue is more severe than I thought. It happens not only with this product, but with all my products created from march 31 till now!
They pass peer review and I sold them but they can not be used in the classic client. They do not show in the classic shop, but they do show in the Desktop shop.

Hi @JanXuan Open the Product Page and edit the description. Edit anything and submit, wait until it is passed PR, and try again If it still is not editable, the product is corrupt and needs to be hidden. Staff can refund you and the person who purchased it. The can then remove it from your catalog. Make it again. It happens sometimes, a product gets corrupt :/
