@ShopTina, So after some investigation I found that the MCG opacity map for your skin material [0] has a large opaque area in it which was causing the neck to appear solid. I replaced it with a correct MCG opacity map and it appears to be fine. I have attached the good MCG opacity map (mcg_opacity_female.jpg).

The weird part is is this gown, and all the other gowns that this error has were completely made in studio, and in no way, shape or form, ever made, or derived from or edited in classic mode. And I will be looking to apply these changes to see if they will work on these particular gowns. Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate the help because I have a lot of very upset customers who are mad they can no longer use the gowns that they purchased for various events.
I will keep you posted as to how successful this goes. Thank you.

@ShopTina, Yeah, there is a weird edge case bug where IMVU Classic gets in a bad state when you open a product for edit that was submitted from Studio. I was able to fix it by first checking 'Use Blending' for ALL of the materials that share the texture '07 black.jpg', clicking 'Apply Changes' and then unchecking 'Use Blending' and clicking 'Apply Changes'. Give this a try and let us know if it works for you.

[Archived]i'm having a bothersome issue between studio and classic.
the alpha layer settings are not on both for certain textures I made for my wedding dress.

i have zero idea how to fix it.
